Beautiful laptop. I’ve upgraded from the MacBook Air of old…so far this laptop has blown it away. It wasn’t overly pricey, to be honest, and I feel it’s worth the price. The overall look is great and the keyboard feel is nice. The larger touchpad is great, I’ve paired my Magic Trackpad 2 with it as well.

1. Lenovo P70

This laptop is, as I have said pretty powerfully. The processor is a quad-core Intel Xeon Processor E3-1505M v5 which goes up to 2.4 GHz while the audio features six speakers by Harman Kardon. I specifically look for powerful hardware so that I can run computationally intensive tasks without problems or delays in rendering a 3D scene or preparing it for my blog posts and tutorials.

These are some of the differences between this new version of the laptop and others of the same model: it has 32 GB of DDR4 RAM and the graphics card consists of 8 GB GDDR5 VRAM (video memory).

What this means without great exaggeration is that you could be working on some very sizable files with this laptop for many more hours than other models in this series! Along with these specs, another great aspect to note about this laptop is its beautiful 17.3-inch UHD display panel and its ability to run for up to 11 hours on just one charge! To be frank, there’s very little it can’t do – at least where I am concerned regarding my own online business endeavors.

2. MacBook Pro 13’’ 2020

The MacBook series is the only new laptop capable of running Final Cut Pro X. A slight downside to this laptop is that you have a 13-inch retina display that runs at 2560 x 1660. This isn’t Ultra High Definition, but it certainly doesn’t mean that it’s not good. In fact, you’ll find this device gives you roughly 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.

3. HP Omen 17

Omen 17 is priced at $1459 and has a big, vivid 17.3-inch Ultra High Definition 4k IPS UWVA screen which consists of an anti-glare coating and is WLED backlit This further makes it perfect for heavy video editing. The CPU is Intel quad-core i7-6700HQ 2.6 GHz which can be overclocked to 3.5 GHz and the GeForce 1060 has 6GB of dedicated GDDR5 VRAM coupled with RAM of 32GB makes it one of the fastest devices in our article.

4. Dell Inspiron 7000

The Inspiron 7000 is the latest entry from Dell powered by the latest Intel processor, i7-6700 HQ 2.6 GHz. The base model has an integrated Intel HD graphics 360 that handles most tasks related to video editing. But if you want more power, you can get it with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB VRAM but you have to pay $1100.

5. Acer Swift 3

Priced at $655, You don’t need a gaming laptop for the game – especially on a budget. But the Acer Swift 3 offers anything but budget performance, despite its modest price tag. It carries an AMD Ryzen 7 processor which is much faster compared to other laptops in this price range. Although it doesn’t have dedicated graphics like many more expensive gaming laptops do, the integrated Radeon graphics in AMD’s Ryzen processors are more than powerful enough to push games at native 4k resolution, as well as streaming and video editing. For example, if you care more about video performance than playing the latest games, this is a much better option for you.

The only drawback here is that the display isn’t that great for video editing as it is dim and covers 68% of Adobe RGB colors. However, at this price, this machine is a beast for high-level video editing.

6. HP Spectre X360

The HP Spectre x360 is a durable laptop with ground-breaking looks and performance to match. It also comes in a variety of configurations that can blend together refined beauty and high-end hardware to give you a true experience. This high-end model features an aluminum chassis, a 4k touchscreen display, and a 13.3-inch HD display making for quite a good experience.

Additionally, it’s powered by the Core i7 processor to handle both regular daily use as well as some more intensive video editing tasks like complex reframing or color correction without skipping a beat. On top of that, the battery lasts up to 8 hours on a single charge – making this best-in-class machine fit for travel!

7. ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14

Priced at 1499.99, This laptop is made for video editors and filmmakers. It comes with a hard disk storage of 1TB, and the operating system is Windows 10 Home with 64-bit architecture. The RAM that runs the operation of this laptop is 16GB DDR4 which combined with AMD’s new Ryzen 9 Processor creates an ultimate multi-tasking environment for creative and design professionals under heavy loads.

8. HP Omen 15

Priced at $899.99, HP Omen 15 is an excellent laptop for video editing. It comes with 8 GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX graphics card, which will run any mainstream editing software smoothly. Moreover, it has a 256 GB SSD which is fast, but there isn’t much storage space when compared to some other laptops in this price range.

9. Microsoft Surface Book 2

This laptop is perfect for editing high-quality videos and 4k clips natively and boasts an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor along with a dedicated Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card. With a 3240 x 2160 display, along with its sleeker than sleek looks, comes as no surprise that this is one of the devices which can be used as a portable workstation for 4k video editing.

Also, it has an amazing battery life of 12 hours, meaning you’ll be able to edit your beautiful creations all day! Not only does it come in two screen sizes (15-inch PixelSense or 13.5-inch displays), but it also comes with two variants, which are: 256GB SSD option + 1TB HDD variant and 512GB SSD + 1TB HDD variant.

10. Dell XPS 15

Although this Laptop comes in many configurations, the one we’re discussing here has the following specs: a Core i7-10750H CPU with a GPU of GTX 1650 Ti for graphics which is more than enough to run any heavy video editing application. The machine boasts a display panel of 15.6-inches. In addition to that, it comes with a battery that lasts up to 8 hours which is pretty good considering its specifications and form factor.
